Tasks:
- Assuming technical responsibility for consulting projects at the customer’s site (organisational and process consulting as well as system consulting (IT) and digitisation of process chains
- Design, introduction and optimisation of new, innovative business processes and business performance monitoring
- Collaboration on the further development of current topics in the financial sector (AI, FinTech, crypto market) through to the development of new consulting approaches
- Creation of banking requirements as an interface between the specialist department and IT
- Presentation of solutions and recommendations to the customer
- Technical coaching at the customer’s premises
- Project work at our customers’ respective locations – with the option of a mix of on-site and remote working
- Support in the acquisition of projects and the preparation of quotations
Profile:
- Degree in business administration, economics, computer science, business informatics or similar subjects (preferably with a focus on financial services) and/or commercial training at a bank or insurance company
- Several years of professional experience at credit institutions or in consulting at a financial services provider, software manufacturer, FinTech or similar
- Very good knowledge of project management (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) and business process management (analysis, modelling, optimisation and digitalisation)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Very good German and English skills (C1 level)

- Support in the planning, participation and controlling of complex organisational and process management projects
- Support in the design and introduction of new, innovative business processes
- Creation of requirements analyses
- Participation in technical concepts as well as taking over tasks during the introduction of new applications or systems at the customer’s site
- Support in the acquisition of projects and the preparation of offers
- Collaboration on the further development of current topics in the financial sector (AI, FinTech, crypto market) through to the development of new consulting approaches
Profile:
- Completed degree, preferably in economics, finance, business informatics or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience in banking, finance, accounting or capital markets, for example through commercial training, internships or working student positions
- Fundamental knowledge of financial processes, capital market projects and regulatory requirements
- Interest in optimising financial functions and process consulting in the banking and finance sector
- Initial knowledge of project or business process management (analysis, modelling, optimisation and digitalisation)
- Affinity for IT and new technologies, knowledge of digitalisation topics in the financial sector
- Basic knowledge of database management (e.g. SQL, Access) and confident use of operating systems and digital tools
- Team orientation, communication skills and willingness to travel for customer projects
- Very good German and English skills (C1 level)
